I was very pleased with the ease & convenience of having my car fixed by Joe. He helped me twice - both times a result of hitting deer. Somehow he manages to be both quick & thorough - my car looked great & I had it back in a day or two! He had also worked with my insurance company on a regular basis, so the claim process went smoothly - a blessing as I didn't want to take the time to make a lot of phone calls & go through any additional hassle.
